Nicole Winkler, originally from Scott City, has been promoted to Director of Customer Operations. Winkler began with Big River in 2007, as the Manager of the Wholesale Provisioning Department. She excelled in the position and was soon given another team to manage as well. Winkler's dedication and attention to detail have helped her greatly as she has led these two departments. Big River is proud to now have her continue her outstanding work in her new role – leading all customer-facing departments.
Kristen Litchfield has been promoted to Customer Experience Manager. Litchfield has been working with Big River Telephone for nine years in such positions as Executive Assistant and Customer Experience Representative. With her drive and exceptional ability to multitask in the work environment, she is the perfect fit for her new position with Big River Telephone.
Garrett Lambert has been working with Big River Telephone for three years. Since then he has worked as a Customer Experience Representative and has now been promoted to Field Technician. Lambert's educational background in industrial technology, along with his dependable work ethic, has helped advance him into this new position. He continues to deliver quality support and services to Big River Telephone customers.
